The coaching of students, trainee’s or new employees can be improved by this software.
Currently a coach or HR department will periodically meet with the trainer and/or trainee. Unfortunately, often only after issues did occur. Also, the coach or HR department is not completely informed or not from both sides informed about the issues.
This will lead to loss of money, too early or too late terminating the contract with an employee or not being able to motivate the employee for the job and the company. The cost of hiring / training a new employee is enormous.
After the on boarding phase the employee must be in a continuous training, motivating and accompaniment program. This will lead to the best motivation for the company, a longer stay with the company and therefore a better company value.
By having a frequent questionnaire with the trainer and trainee, issues can pro-actively be found and can be quickly solved.
Also issues on which a confident should be informed or should react must be signaled more proactively.
